Who Died in This House?

I ran across a new website that is getting a lot of attention in the news and wanted to share it because it can really provide valuable information to both investors and homebuyers. Check this out.

Bad things happen in good houses. Sometimes really bad things.

The event is made public, covered in the news and all over the Internet and social media.

And many times, once the bad thing has passed, the house remains (unless things are so bad or gruesome that the house is actually torn down). It sits. And sits. No one wants to go near it much less live in it again.

(We had a creepy house like that in my neighborhood growing up back in Georgia. Some old guy died and we used to ride our bikes over there at night to see if we could get a glimpse of his ghost.)
